Dr. Julie Levine provides high-quality, personalized instruction to help students develop the skills and confidence needed to become successful, independent readers. With decades of experience and advanced training in structured literacy, Dr. Levine specializes in supporting children with dyslexia and other reading challenges through the Wilson Reading System® and related programs.At TECHucated, our mission is to provide personalized educational consulting services to students and professionals. Level 2 certification allows Dr. Levine to provide the most advanced, individualized Wilson instruction, particularly effective for students with dyslexia. Her virtual lessons are structured, engaging, and multisensory.

Dr. Julie Levine is a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner (Steps 1-12) and Literacy Specialist with over 30 years of experience in education. She holds a doctorate in Instructional Leadership and is certified in Reading, Spanish, and School Administration in New York State.

She excels in delivering virtual Wilson tutoring, offering dynamic, interactive sessions that mirror the effectiveness of in-person instruction. Dr. Levine works one-on-one with students to provide Tier III intervention using Wilson Reading System®, Just Words®, Fundations®, and Preventing Academic Failure (PAF), always with an emphasis on individualized, data-informed teaching.
